How Does it Work?

How do I get Started?

- ½ Off your first Mortgage Payment. Applies to owner occupied purchase or refinances of first lien residential mortgages only. You will receive a check for one half (50%) of your first months mortgage payment of up to $1,199, not including taxes or applicable insurance. This check will be sent within 4-6 weeks after closing. The maximum payment is $599.50 (A $1,199 mortgage payment at 50% equals $599.50). Participant understands they must make their monthly payments as indicated on their mortgage terms and Liberty Lending accepts no responsibility for participant’s failure to make their scheduled payments. Liberty Lending reserves the right to cancel this program at any time. In the event that this program is terminated, all participants who have made application in advance of program termination will be honored and accepted.
- "FREE-FY" No Closing Cost Refinance. Applies to owner occupied refinances of first lien residential mortgages only. THIS PROGRAM CANNOT BE COMBINED WITH THE ½ OFF MORTGAGE PAYMENT PROGRAM. Under this program, Liberty Lending will issue a broker credit at closing which will cover all standard closing fees. Participant is still responsible for tax escrow, applicable insurance, and interest costs. Any non-standard costs (special assessments, escrow waiver fees, prepayment penalty fees, etc) are the responsibility of the participant.
- Discounted Interest Rates. Participants will receive exclusive CEPB interest rates at a discount off our normal published rates. This discount applies to all of our offered products.
- Free Credit Report. CEPB members are eligible to receive one free credit report every twelve months. This is a true Free Credit Report, you are not signing up for any credit monitoring or anything else for that matter.
- Free Credit Repair Service. Liberty Lending will assist you in the removal of any and all inaccurate information from the 3 credit bureaus free of charge. Participant may be required to submit documentation to assist in the process. Please contact your Liberty Lending Accounts Manager for further details.
- First Time Homebuyer Counseling and Incentives. Liberty Lending will provide First Time Homebuyer Counseling free of charge. Participants also receive a book to assist in understanding the mortgage process. Incentives include reduced or waived closing fees, free longer term rate locks, and other limited time offerings.
- Exclusive Vacation Home Products (timeshare/fractional/condo hotels). Liberty Lending is pleased to announce that we have negotiated an agreement with the Nation’s leading vacation property lender in order to provide exclusive financing to CEBP members. This agreement allows Liberty Lending to offer financing for vacation ownership in a variety of forms where financing is not normally available. These include: Condo Hotels, 2nd Homes, Fractional Ownership, Log Home Loans, Vacation Homes in Mexico, Travel and Vacation Club Financing and more. - Free Refinance Rate Tracker. CEBP members can take advantage of a great program designed to ensure they have the best possible interest rate ALWAYS! Rates change daily and a great interest rate today can be gone tomorrow. With the Refinance Rate Tracker, Liberty Lending monitors daily market fluctuation and automatically compares it to your current interest rate and terms. In the event that there is a savings opportunity, your Account Manager is alerted. Coupled with the FREE-FY program this tracker will notify CEBP members when they can lower their current mortgage rate for FREE!!(No Closing Costs).
- 1. Free Credit Wizard. The Credit Wizard is a computer program which analyzes your current credit profile and provides a report indicating steps or actions that may be taken to improve your credit score. This useful tool is provided through our credit report provider and is offered to CEBP members at our expense. Use of this program is limited to once every 12 months.
